By using TalentDock, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our platform.

2. Service Description

TalentDock is an AI-powered job aggregation platform that helps candidates find jobs. We aggregate job listings from public sources and use AI to analyze and match candidates to roles.

3. AI & Job Matching - Important Disclaimers

⚠️ AI Predictions Are Not Guarantees

All job matches, scores, and predictions are AI estimations only.They are not guarantees of any kind.

You must verify all information with the employer.Never rely solely on our AI-generated assessments when making career decisions.

H1B & Visa Sponsorship

We do not guarantee H1B or OPT sponsorship. Our AI may indicate that a company "might" or "possibly" sponsors based on keywords and historical data. This is not a guarantee.Always verify visa sponsorship directly with the employer.

Match Scores & Shortlist Probability

Match scores (0-100%) and "shortlist probability" are algorithmic estimations. They do not guarantee that you will be hired, interviewed, or even noticed by employers.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate resume information
  • Verify all job details with employers directly
  • Research companies before applying
  • Consult immigration attorneys for visa questions
  • Report inaccurate job postings

5. No Discrimination Guarantee

We do not discriminate. Our AI is trained to be bias-free and considers only job-relevant criteria (skills, experience, location preferences). However,employers who post on our platform are independent parties and we cannot control their hiring practices.

If you believe you've experienced discrimination, contact the employer directly and/or file a complaint with the EEOC (eeoc.gov).

6. Limitation of Liability

TalentDock is not liable for:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated job matches or scores
  • Employer hiring decisions
  • Visa sponsorship outcomes
  • Job listing accuracy (we aggregate from third parties)
  • Any damages arising from use of our platform

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI algorithms, and matching technology are owned by TalentDock. Don't copy, scrape, or misuse our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
