The Staff Software Engineer Opportunity At Okta, we’re building the future of secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents. We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to join our global AI Engineering team. In this role, you will be designing and building the intelligent, user-facing experiences and the end-to-end AI solutions that power them. This role will you’ll play a key role in designing and developing platforms and services that support Okta’s internal transformation. You’ll help build the infrastructure and applications that make intelligent automation and GenAI real for our workforce — all while ensuring performance, security, and reliability at enterprise scale.This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives on system design, loves to build, and wants to grow their influence across a fast-moving engineering team.
