About the Team
The Supply Chain Operations team plans and drives the manufacturing, shipping, reception, storage, and delivery of Roku’s entire product portfolio. Our logistics team works cross-functionally with planning, factory management, new product introduction and order management to build and ship Roku’s product within the required time frame, and with a laser focus on cost and quality.
About the Role
The Forward Logistics Analyst at Roku will be responsible for both the operational and analytical foundation of our outbound distribution network — from finished goods inventory at our NA and EMEA distribution centers through to end customer delivery across parcel, LTL, and TL modes.
This role is essential to optimizing transportation spend, inventory accuracy, 3PL and DC performance, and surfacing actionable insights that improve service levels and reduce cost-to-serve. You will own 3PL governance and DC KPI administration, drive serialization and inventory control programs, and partner closely with our Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, and Order Management teams to convert shipment, invoice, and warehouse data into the decisions that move Roku’s product to market.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage inventory control procedures for NA and EMEA distribution sites; conduct system-to-system reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and execute scalable cycle count programs across all DCs and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory processes
• Administer serialization capture for outbound finished goods and create transfer orders (TOs) to replenish stock without shortages or excess
• Maintain SOX and revenue recognition controls; ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
• Manage and improve Build-to-Customer (BTC) direct partner and customer business operations
• Build/maintain dashboards and reports that track on-time-in-full (OTIF), transit time, cost-per-shipment, carrier scorecard, and DC KPI metrics
• Analyze weekly freight invoice data from CTSI, JIT, and parcel carriers to identify billing exceptions, rate variances, and accessorial trends
• Support carrier RFPs, rate negotiations, and zone-based pricing analysis.
• Query and model shipment and inventory data from Roku’s big data platform (Trino) and NetSuite to support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting
• Build cost-to-serve models that quantify the impact of network, mode, and service level changes on total landed cost
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePo
