IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER, IDENTITY & AUTOMATION @ CLAY The IT Team at Clay is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to help build and scale the systems that power employee access, security, device management, and IT operations. As Clay continues to grow, we are investing in a modern, automation-first IT foundation built around identity, device trust, lifecycle management, and operational scale. While this role spans multiple areas of enterprise technology, identity and automation will be the primary focus during the first year. You’ll work closely with Security, People Operations, Finance, and Engineering to create seamless employee experiences while strengthening the operational and security foundations required to support Clay’s next stage of growth. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable systems, and replacing manual processes with thoughtful automation.
