As a Service Center Manager at Lucid Motors, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Service Center, managing a cross-functional team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts personnel. You will champion Lucid’s vision of delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading through example, implementing best-in-class operational strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a hands-on, collaborative approach and a strong customer-first mindset.
