Apply on greenhouse →Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
The Community You Will Join
Airbnb's Marketing Creative Studio is a team of storytellers dedicated to bringing the Airbnb brand to life through world-class content. We produce animation, film, and design work that spans product launches, social content, and globally visible campaigns. This role sits at the heart of that studio, working closely with cross-functional partners across Program Management, Communications, and Marketing to deliver high-impact content at the speed of Airbnb's product cycles.
The Difference You Will Make
As a Creative Production Lead, you will serve as a dedicated, full-time producer embedded within our studio team — owning the end-to-end production of content for product launches, social announcements, and digital events. You will be the connective tissue between creative and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high-quality animation and film content is delivered on time and at the highest standard. Success in this role means flawlessly executing the October launch cycle and becoming a trusted production partner across the organization.
A Typical Day
• Drive content production for product social work and launch cycles, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment from concept through delivery
• Produce sizzle reels, launch announcement animations, and teaser films for live-streamed and digital events, maintaining Airbnb's high bar for craft and storytelling
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams- including Program Management, Communications, and Marketing - to align on release moment cycles and ensure production meets launch needs
• Manage animation-heavy workstreams while flexing into film production as needed, adapting to the demands of a fast-paced studio environment
• Support design production work, bringing fluency across formats to contribute to a range of content types within the studio
• Find, source, and manage diverse production partners to support the work.
• Educate stakeholders and agencies on processes and guidelines for projects.
• Manage and prioritize feedback from stakeholders as projects develop.
• Work in partnership with creatives, producers, program managers, product design stakeholders, legal and other XFN partners to drive projects to completion.
• Ensure a highly organized workflow that shows operational excellence at every stage of the project.
• Plan and execute Integrated Productions (e.g., film/video, social, design, illustration, animation, product demos, etc.)
Your Expertise
• 10+ years of experience in content production with a strong focus on animation and/or film, ideally within an in-house brand or creative studio environment
• Demonstrated experience producing sizzle reels, launch animations, and teaser content for product launches or large-scale digital/live-streamed events
• Proven track record of managing release moment and launch cycle content, including working cross-functionally with Product, Communications, and Marketing teams
• Strong design fluency with the ability to contribute to and evaluate design production work across formats
• Experience working in-house at a consumer technology or brand-forward company strongly preferred
• Ability to work west coast hours and travel to Airbnb's San Francisco office during major launch period
